Karabiner Maintenance - Argon S Screw
Sea salt crystals can form & block up the karabiner spring and screw collar and so we highly recommend rinse in hot water after every use & spray with silicone spray. It may still corrode and eventually fail and need replacing- this is at your own risk. A screwgate gives you a secure connection but needs constant high maintenance.
